Internships are becoming increasingly popular among companies and students more and more, especially in the down economy we have had over the past couple of years.
We have had extraordinary success with interns here at Cardinal and have developed a process through our experience that we adhere to when soliciting for new interns, interviewing, and managing them once they are onboard.
In the spirit of sharing our ideas and helping others, we will be starting a parallel blog called The Cardinal Fledglings Blog based from our experience with interns and their advice. We will post weekly tips from an employers perspective as well as have our interns post what they are up to and their take on the experience.
